Office Prices in Singapore Retreated in Q3

Prices of office space in Singapore recorded mild drop in the third quarter, latest official data reveals. Prices of office space in Singapore's central region decreased by 3.9% in the third quarter, down from the 0.9% increase in the second quarter, the latest data from the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) revealed. 

URA's rental index of office space in the central region declined slightly by 0.6% in Q3, down from a 1.3% increase in the prior quarter.
