UE to Delist After Developer Bought Majority Shares

United Engineers (UE) will be delisted after developer Yanlord Land Group closing its mandatory conditional cash offer to buy UE shares.

As at 5pm on Friday, Yanlord has agreed to acquire about 91.43% of UE's ordinary shares, making the UE no longer meet free float requirements on the exchange.
