Office Prices in Singapore Dip Down in Q3

Prices of office space in Singapore's central region decreased by 3.9% in the third quarter on quarter, down from the 0.9% increase in the second quarter, the latest data from the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) revealed. 

URA's rental index of office space in the central region declined by 0.6% in Q3, down from a 1.3% increase in the prior quarter.
