China Top Developers in Line Selling Mega USD Bonds

China's second biggest homebuilder Evergrande Group said on October 31 its units have sold three tranches of senior notes worth USD1.8 billion, paying coupon rates of up to 13.75%, with chairman buying USD 1 billion of the notes. The debt-laden property developer said in a filing the amount of the two-year, four-year and five-year dollar bonds was USD 565 million, USD 645 million and USD 590 million, respectively.

China's biggest home builder Country Garden, on 19 September 2018, the company and its subsidiary entered into the issued USD425million notes coupon rate 7.125% due January 2022 notes, and USD50million notes with coupon rate 8.000% due 2024.
