LaSalle Enters China Logistic Property Market with Local JV Investment

LaSalle Investment enters China's logestic property market with local JV partner. LaSalle Management Asia, a fund managed by LaSalle, entered joint venture partnership agreement with China Logistics Property Holdings to invest up to USD300 million in operating logistics warehousing projects in China.

Under the agreement, CNLP will invest up to USD90 million and be appointed to provide project and property management services to the logistics warehousing projects under the joint venture, the company said in a statement.
