Australia Home Loan Growth Hits Record Low

Australia's total housing credit rose by 0.3% in June, down from 0.4% in May. Annual loan growth to housing buyers hit a new record-low of 1.6%, less than previous month’s low of 2%. Credit growth to housing investors turned negative in June, recording of -0.1%, according to central bank data released on July 31.
