Luxury Property Developer Lodha Targets Asia's Top Wealthy

Luxury property developer Lodha targets Asia's top wealthy with newly developed projects in London to be launched in the coming year - Lincoln Square and No. 1 Grosvenor Square.

Lincoln Square, to be launched early next year, is in close proximity to three of London’s top educational institutions – the London School of Economics (LSE), and two of the oldest universities in England, University College London (UCL) and King’s College London.

Grosvenor Square, located in the London's Mayfair, was where Canadian High Commission in UK situated. In 2013, Lodha Group bought the site from the Canadian government for £306million. Lodha is turning it into a luxury property for world's super- rich.
