Singapore Non-oil Exports Expanded in March

Singapore’s non-oil domestic exports (NODX) expanded by 16.5% in March 2017 from same month a year ago, on the increase in both electronic and non-electronic exports - extending the growth to five preceding months, according to data released by International Enterprise(IE) Singapore.

On a month-on-month base, NODX decreased by 1.1% in March 2017 on seasonally adjusted (m-o-m SA) basis, after the February’s 1.1% growth, as retreat in electronic NODX outweighed the rise in non-electronic NODX.
