[2017 - May - 31] China's National Statistics Bureau reported official May manufacturing Purchasing Managers' Index (PMI) at 51.2, at exactly the same level at that of April, the official data bureau reported today



[2017 - May - 25] Moody’s cut Hong Kong’s local and foreign currency ratings to Aa2 from Aa1 rating following it downgraded its rating on China amid concerns over the country’s rising debt problems 



[2017 - May - 24]  Moody's Investors Service has today downgraded China's long-term local currency and foreign currency issuer ratings toA1 from Aa3, citing its concerns on the country's rising debt problems


[2017 - May - 18]  Japan's economy expanded 0.5% in the first quarter from a quarter ago, the GDP growth rate equaling to 2.2% expansion from the first quarter last year

[2017- May - 2] Singapore March Manufacturing Purchasing Managers’ Index (PMI) came in at 51.1 for April, down from 51.2 in March, according to date from the purchasing and management industry association SIPMM 



[2017- May - 1] China's official April manufacturing Purchasing Managers' Index (PMI) fell to 51.2, from 51.8 in March, according to the national statistics bureau
