Cromwell Shelfs European REIT

Cromwell Property Group said it will not proceed with the registration of the prospectus for the Cromwell European REIT (CEREIT) in Singapore this week given the market condition.

“Cromwell continues to believe in the quality of CEREIT’s portfolio, its investment thesis, and the exposure it provides to improving European real estate fundamentals,” said Cromwell CEO Paul Weightman. Cromwell will re-assess the situation in conjunction with key stakeholders and strategic partners, and will provide a further update in due course.
