China Developer Issues New USD Bonds

China home developer issues new USD senior notes. China's biggest home builder Hong Kong-listed Country Garden announced today it issued two new USD senior notes today - USD 425 million notes with interest rate 7.125% due January 2022 notes and(b) USD 550 million with interest rate of 8.000% due January 2024.
